Swisscom is much more than just a Swiss telecommunications company – it was named Europe’s strongest brand in early 2023 by the British brand assessment institute «Brand Finance». No wonder the brand has such a massive following – and even a larger one since the «079» area code helped turn Lo & Leduc’s song into a chart hit. As a result, we were tasked with launching a full-service online shop for Swisscom’s merchandising and promotional products. Having successfully managed Swisscom’s B2B online shop since 2016, we were now able to assist the brand in implementing this new shop as full-service experts.
«Swisscom at heart» is the heartfelt project we developed in December 2022 in close collaboration with Swisscom. With the help of a professional logistics partner, we manage the entire in-house and third-party product assortment of the webshop, ensuring that orders placed by 2 p.m. are delivered the next day. In the Swisscom online shop we operate, employees can find upcycled bags made from used Swisscom tarps, practical everyday helpers like Victorinox pocket knives made from walnut wood, or sustainable beach towels made from recycled ocean plastic – all with the look of Europe’s top brand, powered by bb trading with heart and expertise.
