Yes, when your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.
For orders with a value of CHF 500 or more per order, we deliver postage free. Below this amount we charge CHF 19.95 per shipment.

Yes, for some items a different type of transport can be selected for a small surcharge or prioritization in production can speed up the delivery time. Please contact our customer support team at [email protected].
After entering the quantity on the product detail page, you will be shown whether the item is in stock in the desired color. We have stock data for over 2,000 items. For articles with ? we work with manufacturers who do not have stock data. In this case, you can contact our chat team, who can let you know immediately whether an item is in stock so that you can continue the ordering process without any problems. You are also welcome to place an order in advance. If an item is actually not in stock, we will contact you immediately.
The delivery date is displayed after entering the quantity on the product detail page. This is an approximate value. If you would like a fixed date, please contact [email protected] so that we can confirm the desired date in writing.
Over 2,000 items can be ordered directly from the store as samples, provided they are available from stock. For all other promotional items with the status "Request sample", we work with manufacturers who do not have stock availability. Accordingly, we have to briefly check availability for each request. These can also be sampled in 99% of cases.
No, samples cannot be returned.
Yes, you can order samples directly in the store. These are for quality control purposes and are supplied without logo imprint.
Changes or cancellations are only possible before production or personalization has begun. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Yes, in configuration step 3, select "No finishing" in the "Select print position" area.
Select the promotional items you want, choose one of the three design options and add them to the shopping cart. We are also happy to advise you by chat, e-mail or telephone.
When ordering via the free graphics service, you will receive a 'good to print' for approval. Finished layouts that you have created or uploaded yourself using the design tool are deemed to have been approved upon completion of the purchase. Don't worry: every design is checked by our professional graphics team and you will be contacted in advance if there is a need for optimization.
On each detail page, you can choose between different finishing techniques that are suitable for the respective article. Please contact us if your desired finishing technique is not available in the configurator.
Your promotional items are designed in the last configuration step "Select design option". We offer the following options:
  • Free graphics service: Our team creates free print data based on your briefing. The first proposal is free of charge, further adjustments cost CHF 19.95.
  • Upload your own layout: Upload your finished layout with our stand sketches.
  • Logo configurator: For some products you can design your logo yourself.

Yes, quantity discounts are already calculated on the product detail page. You can see them in the listed price tiers above.
Our Smart Filter enables a similarity search for your Pantone color. Use this function and order samples to check the color accuracy. Alternatively, you can also contact us for a custom-made product, which can also be colored according to Pantone from certain quantities.
All promotional items in the store are subject to a quality assessment. We try to list only high-quality items in the store.
We measure theCO2 emissions of each product and offset them by investing in climate projects in Switzerland and Tanzania. TheCO2 values can be viewed in the sustainability tab on the product detail page.
