Our Sales Lead is celebrating its anniversary.
Wow, what a journey through time! Michi has been rocking the stage of our promotional products world for a decade! As Sales Lead, he is not only an absolute sales professional, but also the heart and soul of the team. Ten years full of challenges, successes and unforgettable moments – he has more than earned our “silver unicorn”.
Michi says that it is above all the long-standing customer relationships that have grown over the years that make his job at bb trading just as fulfilling today as it was on the first day. Of course, there are also some unusual highlights – such as a 1.5 and 2 meter tall cuddly toy mascot or a tailor-made building kit made from original LEGO bricks. Ultimately, however, it is simply the customers, with their often crazy ideas and wishes, that make the work so appealing. Realizing such projects together with them is the greatest thing for Michi.
Keep up the good work, dear Michi! It’s great to have you with us. Here’s to many more exciting projects and creative ideas that we will breathe life into. Cheers!

What about the unicorn?!
Why did Michi get a unicorn? It’s quite simple. Our employees are the heart of our company. They are what make bbtrading special. Every bb-employee has a unique combination of qualities that make him or her – like the mythical creature – rare and valuable.
We therefore give them a special award every anniversary for their tireless commitment and contribution:
- 1 year at bb: Still a little green behind the ears, our newcomers receive the “Greenhorn”.
- 5 years at bb: Symbolic for a semi-wild but experienced member of the team, there is the “bronco horn”.
- 10 years at bb: The “Silberhorn” stands for many years of experience and reliable commitment that someone has demonstrated over a decade with us.
- 15 years with bb: With the “Goldhorn”, we honor the loyalty of employees who have been with us for 15 years. Their experience is worth its weight in gold.
- 25 years at bb: 25 years of service are a testament to true uniqueness and perseverance. This is when our employees have attained the unicorn status of enlightenment. Anyone who has been with us for so long is an indispensable part of the bb family and can adorn themselves with the title of the colorful “Uniquehorn”.
