Who cycles, wins:
Bike to Work.
Dynamic:
Active summer kick-off.
This year, the Bike to Work Challenge not only rekindled our team spirit, but also took it to a whole new level. Over a period of two months, our teams of four impressively demonstrated what it means to pedal together towards a common goal. The willingness to participate was similar to previous years and the kilometers collected were impressive. This initiative not only led to a stronger bond between colleagues, but also raised awareness of sustainable mobility solutions. The shared experience of cycling has created a more dynamic, healthier working environment.
Creative:
Ways to the green goal.
The rules of our challenge were deliberately broad to allow for as many different ways of participating as possible. This gave every team member the opportunity to contribute to the success in their own way, whether by combining cycling with public transportation or incorporating walking into their daily commute. This flexibility allowed everyone to maintain their individual freedom while also boosting collective motivation and the health benefits of the challenge. Alternative modes of transportation, such as skateboards and scooters, also found their place in this diverse challenge, further encouraging creativity and adding to the fun.
The flexibility of the challenge meant that everyone could contribute in their own way, making participation attractive to a broad range of employees. Even those who live far from the office were able to take part by combining cycling with public transportation, significantly extending the reach and impact of the initiative. This openness resulted in an amazing variety of ways to participate.
Cycling Success:
Rewards that motivate.
The challenge came to a close with an exciting prize drawing. Those who consistently participated on at least 50% of their workdays had the chance to win individual prizes, while complete teams that tackled the challenges together could also win exclusive team prizes. These prizes were not only a recognition of everyone’s efforts, but also an incentive to continue commuting in an environmentally friendly way.
It was a motivating finale that recognized the commitment and efforts of everyone involved and created excitement for future challenges.
