From Greenhorn to Order Processing Expert.
Daniela Doninelli joined bb trading right after finishing her apprenticeship – still a bit «green behind the ears», as she puts it, with plenty of ideas in her head and no clear picture of what the working world would expect from her.
What she found here: trust, time to learn, and the opportunity to grow step by step. And she did exactly that – today she is Head of Order Processing and leads the entire department.
But from the beginning:
Daniela knew early on that she wanted to work in order processing. Being close to the product, the variety, the responsibility – this mix fascinated her from day one and still does today.
bb supported her throughout her journey – not only in everyday work, but also when it came to unpaid leave, language stays abroad or longer breaks. For Daniela, this was anything but a given – and something she still truly appreciates.
With Passion & Responsibility:
New Tasks, New Opportunities
As her experience grew, so did her responsibilities: first she was entrusted with training apprentices in her department, then more and more tasks followed – until she was finally offered the leadership of her team. She never expected that. But she thought: Why not? Because Daniela always enjoys taking on new challenges.

Today, Daniela looks back on two decades at bb trading – and can hardly believe it herself: «It doesn’t feel like 20 years at all. I could swear I’m only 28», she says with a laugh.
For her, the time flies because of the environment: the team spirit, the many cool team events, the collaboration on equal footing – and also her manager Toby, who always has an open ear.
«If you feel comfortable, are allowed to develop and the environment is right, time just flies by. I’m looking forward to everything that’s still to come!»
