This initiative not only led to a stronger bond between colleagues, but also raised awareness of sustainable mobility solutions. Those who consistently participated in at least 50% of their working days had the chance to win individual prizes, while full teams who completed the challenges together could also win exclusive team prizes. These prizes were not only a recognition of achievement, but also an incentive to keep up the eco-friendly commute.
