This initiative not only led to a stronger bond between colleagues, but also raised awareness of sustainable mobility solutions. This gave every team member the opportunity to contribute to the success in their own way, whether by combining cycling with public transportation or incorporating walking into their daily commute. This flexibility allowed everyone to maintain their individual freedom while also boosting collective motivation and the health benefits of the challenge. Those who consistently participated on at least 50% of their workdays had the chance to win individual prizes, while complete teams that tackled the challenges together could also win exclusive team prizes.
